Can I undo a refund?
What happens when you or a fellow worker process a refund in error? Can this be undone or reversed?
Unfortunately no, if the refund was processed, we can't reverse it.
A helpful fact:Refunds will always be processed in order of oldest to newest form of payments. For example, if a customer uses one credit card to make the reservation deposit, but then pays the remaining balance with a different credit card at the time of check in, but then is issued a refund - the refunded amount will go back to the FIRST credit card used, not the most recent.
