A Reservation is Paid but the Invoice Does Not Show Payment Applied

As of September 2022, there is a known issue with our Stripe and invoice connection that is causing some invoices to not reflect correctly. 

While we expect to have these issues resolved as soon as possible, we'd like to share a troubleshooting tip with you!

To resolve this issue, all you need to do is "refresh or reload" the invoice.

To do so, simply click the Edit button at the top of the invoice, make no changes, and then click the green Save button.

This normally resolves the issue.

If it still does not show the payment applied and the correct balance due, please let us know right away and we can escalate that invoice to our development team and they can manually add it on their end.
