Why can I not login to my account?

If you are receiving an error when trying to login to your account, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take.

First, make sure you are attempting to login at: https://app.campgroundbooking.com/login

Second, make sure you are using the correct email address.

Next, keep in mind that both fields are case sensitive. See how I am receiving an Invalid Credentials error in my example here:

This is because the first letter of my email address is capitalized. Sometimes, your computer will automatically do this, so it is always important to double check both your email address and password to make sure the correct things are capitalized!

If this is correct and you are still receiving the error, you can reset your password by clicking "Forgot Password?" This will send a temporary password to the email address your account was created with. Always make sure you check your Spam folder!

If this is the first time you are logging in to your account, you will have received an email from us with instructions on logging for the first time. If you have not received this, please also be sure to check your Spam folder!
