Platform 2.0 - Refund Payments Made on a Reservation


You are able to refund any payments on a reservation while viewing it.

Once you are in the reservation, in the upper right click the drop down with "Make Changes:"


Select the "Refund" option:


This will open the Refunds window. This shows a list of all payments made and how much is available to refund.

You are able to enter an amount to refund for each payment taken on the payment you want to refund. In the top right you will see if any money is owed back to the guest, such as when cancelling and allowing any payment to be refunded back or a reservation change where the guest owes less than paid.


To refund, just enter the amount to refund in the text box for New refund. Enter an optional reason for the refund and click Refund.



You will be taken back to the reservation view. You are able to see the payments and refunds made scrolling to the "Already paid" section, clicking the carrot to see the details.
