How do I make a reservation from an account?
The Accounts tab is a useful feature when dealing with frequent guests. Accounts can be created manually or automatically when a reservation is made. When a guest books online or makes a reservation through the campground host/manager, they will have an account automatically created for them associated with the first and last name, email address, and phone number given at the time of the reservation. All subsequent reservations using the same information will be logged here. After an account has been created, reservations can be made directly through said account and will have all of the saved camper information populated into the appropriate areas.
Getting Started: First, you will need to navigate to the Accounts tab. This feature will be the fourth tab down on the far left side of the screen - illustrated below.
Now that you’re in the Accounts section, you’ll want to search for the guest’s account by using either the first/last name or email address of the guest in the search box.
Note: It is important to make sure the filters on the right side of the screen are set to “All” for this search.
Once you’ve located the correct account through the search function, you’ll then want to select the “New Reservation” button.
This will take you to a new reservation screen, however all of the camper’s information (rig type and length, first and last name, address, email address, and phone number) will all be auto-populated into the appropriate fields.
From here, you will be able to continue along the reservation process as usual, however now you will no longer need to fill out the camper’s information.
