How do I edit an account's information?

The accounts feature can be very handy in quickly making reservations for frequent guests or seeing their past reservation history, but sometimes a frequent camper has a change of billing address or email. If this new email address were to be used for a reservation, the new reservation would be associated with a different account, therefore splitting the guest’s reservation history between two accounts. To avoid this situation, you will find the guest’s initial account and simply update their information.

Getting Started: First, you will need to navigate to the Accounts tab. This feature will be the fourth tab down on the far left side of the screen - illustrated below.

Now that you’re in the Accounts section, you’ll want to search for the guest’s account by using either the first/last name or email address of the guest in the search box.

Note: It is important to make sure the filters on the right side of the screen are set to “All” for this search.

Once you’ve located the correct account through the search function, you’ll then want to either double click the guest name or click the three vertical dots on the right side of the account and select “Edit”.

This will take you to the account overview page; from here you can see the guest’s information, rig type, and past reservation history. To edit the account information, you will click on the “Edit” button towards the center of the window.

Now that you’re in the account edit window, you will simply find the information you’re looking to change - phone number, email address, billing address, etc. - enter in the new information, and press the “Save” button at the bottom left of the page. The account information has been changed!
