How to set a cancellation fee

To set your cancellation fee, you'll want to head over to your settings tab which is located in the upper right hand corner of your Good Sam Booking platform account.

Once inside of settings, you'll click on the "Payment" tab.

The cancellation fee can be set up as a flat amount or percentage using the dropdown menu. Whenever you or an employee at your campground makes a cancellation, they will be able to choose which refund option (if any) will be issued to the camper. You can see how to cancel a reservation here.
