We are here to help with issues you may have when making your reservation. We manage the booking software for multiple campgrounds and only handle technical issues when booking online.
Helpful hints for quicker support:
Do you have specific questions about a campground, site or rules at the campground?
Since we only manage the booking platform and do not work directly at the campground, you will want to reach out to the campground directly to ask your questions. If you need help finding their contact information, please email us at [email protected] with the campground name and location and we can get that for you.
Do you need to change or cancel your reservation?
Since we only manage the booking platform and do not work directly at the campground, you will need to reach out to the campground directly to change or cancel your reservation. Their contact information should be on your confirmation email. If you need help finding their contact information, please email us at [email protected] with the campground name and location and we can get that for you.
Do you want to make a reservation?
If you want to make a reservation, you can go directly to the campground's reservation page to book online. We don't make reservations directly. Going direct to their page will show availability online for the time you want to stay and your rig size if you are staying with an RV. If you don't know the direct page to go to for a particular campground's booking page, you may go to https://www.goodsam.com/campgrounds-rv-parks and search for the campground. There you can find their contact information, website and booking page if they have one.
