A Camper Arrived and We Are Unable to Locate Their Reservation

If you have a camper that arrives at your park and you are unable to locate their reservation, but the camper confirms that they paid - here are the steps you need to take.

First gather the following information

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address they used to book
  • Last four of Credit Card they used to pay

You can use the email address to look up their account via the accounts tab and see if their reservation is listed there.


You can also look up their payment in stripe by following the steps outlined in this article.


If you locate a payment in stripe or you do not have access to stripe, please submit all of the following information into support at "[email protected]."

  • Name of the Camper
  • Email Address they used to book
  • last four of credit card they used to pay
  • Dates of Stay
  • Site Number
