How long do guests have to book their reservations on the guest portal?

When customers book through the guest portal, they have a total of 30 minutes to complete their reservation. If they don’t finish within that time frame, the reservation will automatically expire, and they’ll need to restart the process. While they’re in the middle of booking, the reservation is saved in the system as a “draft.”
