Why did my customer disappear from the dashboard?

If you were working with a customer and they suddenly disappear from the dashboard:



First do a refresh to see if the reservation reappears, if not try the following: 


Find the customer's reservation by searching in Reservations or Accounts. Under the Reservation Information - check the Reservation History and see if the customer has been checked in and checked out in error.

If the customer is checked in and then checked out before their check in date, they'll disappear from the dashboard! 



To resolve this issue, all you would need to do is undo the check out for the customer by clicking the green Undo Check Out button (see below). 



And you will now show them appearing on the dashboard!
