Can I Email or Text My Guests?

We do not have the feature to send out a mass email or texts to registered guests at this time. We do hope to have this as a feature in the future!

In the meantime, we'd recommend you search for a third-party provider that best suits your individual campground's needs, such as Twilio, which is what Good Sam currently uses for our RV Rental program!

Some helpful reports to pull the data you would need to contact your customers via text or email would be the Reservation Dump by Arrival report which lists your guest's email address and phone number they provided at the time of booking, or the Check In Report which lists the customer's email address.
