Occupancy by Site Report
Reports the occupancy for each individual site with number of people checking in within a selected date range, how many nights booked in a selected date range, cancelled reservations, and a percentage of occupied. Useful for seeing which sites are most popular for when you consider raising your rates.
In the example above, you can see that for the month of October, they only have two sites that are occupied, with only one reservation per site. This makes the campground .79% occupied for the month of October. This is based off the number of sites that are at the campground - RV, tent, and lodging sites combined.
You can also see at the top that both of these guests have already checked in.
The report also tells you how many nights have been booked per site, the occupancy rate and how many cancellations per site.
When considering raising your rates for the upcoming season, you can look at trends per site over the previous season and then see which sites consistently have the highest occupancy. Then you can consider charging more for those sites.
