Occupancy by Type Report

The Occupancy by Type report shows the occupancy for each site type for a date range. Meaning if you have multiple variations of RV sites (full-hook up, partial, dry) as well as tent and cabin sites. 

As you can see in the above picture, each type of site appears if it is occupied. If a site type is not occupied during a time range, it will not appear on the report. 

You can pull this report for a specific time range, but when first opening the report, it will automatically pull for the current month. 

For each site type, it will show the number of sites occupied, the number of guests checking in, how many nights have been booked for that site type, the % of occupied, and the number of reservations cancelled. 

At the top of the page, it also gives you a quick snapshot of certain figures including: the number of total check ins, overall occupancy percentage, and how many cancellations. 

This report can be helpful to determine which types of sites are being booked the most. This report can also be beneficial for seeing your busiest months when considering raising rates and such.
