How Do I Search for a Guest?

To search for a guest and their existing reservations, select the Accounts tab on the left hand side of the Good Sam Booking platform.

When looking for a guest’s account, you can use search box at the top of the window. When using the search function, you can find a guest by their last name or email address. You are also able to use the filter on the right side to look through all of the accounts, accounts with outstanding balances, or accounts that have settled their balances. See image below.

Once, you have searched and located the account in question you can go to their specific accounts page by either double clicking the guest name or by clicking the 3 vertical dots on the right side of the account and selecting “Edit”.

From here, you will be able to edit the account information, email the camper, do a “New Sale”, or make a reservation directly from the account. You will also see the full overview of the account information, as well as a list of the previous reservations associated with this account - to view an invoice from a previous reservation, simply double click on the desired reservation.
