Drag and Drop
Click on the 4 arrows on the lefthand side of the reservation to drag and drop a customer to a new site or move their reservation backwards and forwards. Whenever you arrive at the place you would like to move the customer to, unclick to complete the drop. You'll notice that a box pops up with the new information regarding that customer's stay. Click "Ok" to confirm your move.
Extend or Shorten a Reservation
You can also extend or shorten a reservation. To change the start date of the reservation, hover over the lefthand side of the reservation until you see an arrow icon pointing left. Then, click and drag the reservation to the left or to the right depending on if you would like to shorten or lengthen the customer's stay. Once you release, the confirmation box will appear for you to double check that the changes made are correct. Similarly, if you hover over the righthand side of the reservation, an arrow icon pointing right will appear. Click and drag to shorten or lengthen the reservation end date.
Hide/Unhide Sites
Another action you can perform from the dashboard is to hide or open sites for online booking. If the eyeball on the lefthand side is clear, that means that the site is available for online booking. Click once and a slash will appear to take the site offline. Click again to restore online booking availability.
