Platform 2.0 - Block a Site

Blocked sites are used to keep a site from being booked by guests or in the manager portal during a specific time frame.


For Platform 2.0 v1 to block a site, you will need to have the Owner or Manager role with permission to view and edit Campground Settings.


In left menu, click on "Campground Settings" and then "Site Types & Sites":




Select "All Sites" to view the list of sites:



Select the 3 dot drop menu on the right-hand side of the Site you'd like to block. Click "Block/Unblock":

Scroll down to the "Site Block" section:


Select the Dates for the block by clicking on the calendar icon and navigating and clicking the dates for the block. Only dates available to block will be available to select in the calendar.


Enter a Reason for the block and click the "Block Dates" button:

A pop-up will ask if you are sure you want to block it. Click, "Yes, block" button:



The platform will message that the site is blocked when it finished saving the blocked period:



All blocks on the site will be listed under "Site Blockings." You can click the "Unblock" to remove it.

You do not need to click the "Save Changes" button for the Site Block to be saved.


The blocked sites are shown on the dashboard in dark grey.

You may click into it to see the detail and reason for the block:


You can also block a Site from the dashboard. Select the Site you'd like to block and scroll down to the "Site Block" section:
