Platform 2.0 – How to Resend a Reservation Confirmation Email

You can resend a confirmation email to your guests that you have an email address for.


Open the existing reservation. In the top right-hand corner of the reservation, choose the "Resend confirmation email" option from the "Make Changes" drop menu:

A message will appear at the bottom of the reservation letting you know that the confirmation email was successfully sent:


⚠️ If you don't see the "Resend confirmation email" option, double-check that the guest has an email address configured.
