Platform 2.0 – How to Resend a Confirmation/Reservation Invoice
Currently there isn’t an option to resend the confirmation email to a customer directly through the platform. If you would like to have this option, please reach out to us to let us know so we can prioritize this feature.
You can send a copy of the invoice PDF to a customer as an alternative.
First, open the customer’s reservation. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page until you see the “Create Invoice PDF” button as shown on the screen prompt below:
Next, you will find need to print the invoice to PDF. In Windows browsers, you will see a toolbar on the top right corner of the invoice. There, you will click on the printer icon as shown on the screen prompt below. Then, you will save the invoice as a PDF file to your computer:
Now you can send the saved PDF invoice file to your customer via email by attaching the PDF to an email.
