Platform 2.0 - How do I allow same day reservations?

Same day reservations allow guests to book a reservation for today through the online portal. When same day reservations are turned on, a guest can book a reservation at any point throughout the day and arrive with a valid reservation, even late at night.

When this setting is turned off, guests will not be able to book for today, only for tomorrow and beyond. This gives you the ability to plan ahead and better control arrivals.

How to Enable or Disable Same Day Reservations

To update your same day reservation setting:

• Go to your Campground Settings -> then select Reservation Settings

Under the Settings tab, scroll to Allow Same Day Reservations:

• Toggle the switch ON or OFF and click Save:

✳️ Same day reservations are ON when the toggle switch is dark and OFF when it is white.

💡 NOTE: Turning this setting ON means a guest could book at 11:00 PM and arrive that same night. Be sure you're ready for late-night check-ins.
