2.0: How to change sites on existing reservations

You can switch the site a customer is staying at by following these steps.


You are already in the customers reservation. If customer is checked in — uncheck them in first, then select the drop down "Make Changes"

From here it will take you to the "booking changes" page. Find site and then select the pencil icon to the right of it.


From there it will take you to the next page "Search Site" You can update dates, guest, and campsite kind here. If there are no other changes needed proceed to select green button "search sites"

Here is where you can select the site of choice, find the one you need and select the green button "Select site"


After you select the site, the system will automatically return you to the “Booking Changes” page. You can confirm your changes by comparing the “Confirmed Booking Details” (original) with the “Booking Changes” section (updated). You can also choose to not send the customer an email updating them about the changes made by uncheck marking the box below:

Click green "save changes" button to complete your process.
