Platform 2.0 - How to Contact Support


The easiest way to contact our Support team is by clicking the orange question mark button in the lower left-hand corner of your dashboard or send an email to [email protected]

After clicking it, you’ll first see the “Answers” tab, where you can browse helpful articles written by our team. You can also use the search feature to find articles on a specific topic.

To contact Support directly, click the “Ask” tab. Enter your name, subject, email address, and a message explaining how we can assist you. Your message will be sent directly to our team, and we’ll respond as soon as possible.


After you send your message, you will see a message letting you know that you will receive an email reply soon. You can check for our responses and reply from your email inbox. You can also check for our response and reply from here by clicking the "Previous Conversations" button:

This will show you all the ongoing conversations between your campground and support:

When you click into the message thread, you can click "Add a reply" to quickly and conveniently continue the conversation:
