2.0 Where Is My Orange Help Button?

If the orange Help button is not appearing on the booking platform, this guide will walk you through steps to troubleshoot the issue across all major browsers. The Help button should appear on the bottom right corner of the screen when accessing the platform.



1. Try Opening the Page in Incognito or Private Mode

This is a quick way to test if something in your browser is blocking the Help button.

  • Chrome/Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

If the Help button shows up in incognito/private mode, it means something in your regular browser setup may be causing the button not to show.


2. You Can Turn Off Browser Extensions

You’ll want to turn off any browser extensions like AdBlock, uBlock, Ghostery, or other privacy tools, as they can block the Help button from loading. After turning them off, refresh the page and see if it appears.


3. Clear Your Cache and Cookies

Sometimes your browser stores old data that can prevent parts of a page from loading correctly.

  • Open your browser’s Settings
  • Go to the Privacy & Security section
  • Choose Clear Browsing Data or Clear History
  • Select both Cache and Cookies, then confirm
