2.0: How to Create a Site

In this article you can learn how to create a site for your already created site types.

There are two ways to start creating a site. You can start the process by creating a site type, or if you don’t need to create a new site type, you can follow these steps:

If you need to create a site type first before creating your sites. Please, click here for instructions on how to create a site type.

Go to Campground Settings, select Site Types & Sites, find the site type you want, double-click its name, go to the Sites tab, and click Add Site +.

Here you can enter the site name, choose the site type it belongs to from the drop-down menu, and write a description that guests will see when booking through the guest portal.

Once you select a Site Type to apply to the site, the guest limitations and amenities can no longer be changed at the site level. Those settings must be updated in the Site Type itself. At the site level, you can only update the length, overhead clearance, type of parking, and slide-out options.

If you scroll down to Site Settings, you can update the site’s length, overhead clearance, parking type, and choose which amenities will be available for that specific site. You can also add a picture for this individual site, which is separate from the photos set at the site type level.

Once you are ready you can select create to save your site.
