Release 2025.08.14.1 - August 14, 2025

This release focuses on clearer booking communications, faster customer management, deeper performance tracing, and UI / report fixes.

🚀 New Features & Enhancements

1. Tax System Enhancements

Four-Decimal Percentages: You can now save a tax rate to the ten-thousandth percentage (i.e. 0.5655%). Prices will display to two decimals.
Decimal Tax Storage: Tax rates now live in DECIMAL columns, enabling exact calculations.

2. Customer Lists Pagination & Search

Sort Order: The Customer List is now sorted alphabetically by first name.
Improved search: The Customer List now pages server-side and supports live search by name, email, or phone (from two characters.
Pagination: Pagination is added that will greatly increase page performance as data will be loaded partially. Scroll to the bottom to click to the next page or Customers in the list.

3. General Improvements

Booking ID Prefix (#): Booking/Reservation numbers in all emails now appear as #ABC123 in uppercase for instant recognition.
Check In/Check Out dates are on both the Check In and Check Out reports: Check-In / Check-Out reports include both as well as the CSV download.
Applying Custom Discounts window information: The crossed-out price is hidden when it matches the price in the discount form.
404 Error Screen: New, context-aware 404 pages guide guests and managers back on track.
Version-Update Notification: You will see a “Reload to update” modal when the backend version changes from the frontend version. This will help not to get an error when a release is pushed.

4. Technical Updates

BillingAddress GraphQL DataLoader: Introduced three-layer batching and caching to eliminate N+1 queries, cutting load times on reservation screens.
Graceful Error Handling: Expected business errors are now caught client-side instead of flooding Sentry.
Distributed Tracing in Sentry: Front-end traces now propagate to the API, giving a full FE → BE performance picture in Sentry.

🐞 Bug Fixes

Cancelled reservations are correctly counted on the Summary page as the number of cancelled reservations within the selected date range.
Site Type photos now display in the Guest Portal steps 1–3 when campground books by Site Type.
“Invalid date range” console error removed from Suggest-a-Change.
Check-In / Check-Out report layout matches design: now have 24 px padding, green borders, and green text.
Grid component alignment fixed on Add-ons page.
Invoice and report margins/fonts now follow design review.
Policy pages use the correct text width at 1024 px and 1440 px.
The reservation creation page no longer side-scrolls at 1280 px.
Campground edit headers now use the correct font style.
