2.0: How to Confirm Refunds

Here is where you can learn how to check if the reservation was refunded.


First, locate and open the reservation. Scroll all the way down until you see Total on the reservation page. Click the down arrow to the right of Already Paid to expand the drop-down section.


From there, you’ll see the list of transactions, and the refund will appear as its own line item.

You can also confirm a customer was refunded by scrolling to the bottom of the reservation and opening the invoice.

Once you click the invoice, it will take you to the next page where you can confirm the refund.
