Can I Create a Group Reservation?

Group reservations are not currently available in the platform.

In the meantime, the best way to manage group bookings is to add the group name to the Reservations Note when booking. It would still require looking at each one to know who is in the group.

You can include a note on your website asking guests to call your campground if they are making group reservations. This allows your staff to handle the reservation over the phone and keep track of group stays in a way that works best for your campground until the feature is available.
