Why does my Guest Portal Show No Availability When I Know I Have Sites Open
If your Guest Portal is showing no availability, even though you know you have open sites, this is usually related to booking rules or settings rather than an issue with your inventory.
Below are the most common reasons this may happen:
Fully Booked Dates
Even if you have sites available on other dates, the specific dates being searched may already be fully booked.
If all sites are reserved for the selected stay, the system will show no availability.
Dates Outside of Booking Window
Your booking window controls how far in advance guests can make reservations.
If a guest selects dates that fall outside of your allowed booking range, those dates will not appear as available on the Guest Portal.
Maximum Advance Booking Settings
If you have a limit set for how many days in advance guests can book, this can prevent availability from showing.
For example, if your setting allows bookings up to 180 days in advance, any dates beyond that will appear unavailable to guests.
