🚀 New Features & Enhancements

1.  Payment reliability

Reservations now use a Payment Processing Status. While any related payment is pending, the reservation and its linked items do not expire.

• Reservation Suggestions remain active
• Occupied-period rows stay intact in search
• A notification on stuck cases sent to development team to monitor.

This makes for fewer lost holds due to transient payment issues.

2.    Standard Empty State for reports.

• All reports now show a unified, centered “No data for this period” view with report-specific subtext. No more guessing whether the report is stuck, broken or there truly isn’t data for the time period pulling.

3.    Settings navigation consistency

• Campground/General Settings: removed the old Hide/Show section toggle so the menu stays visible while configuring.
• Main left menu: Changed the Collapse/Expand control to top:

4.   Total Occupancy visible in Settings

Added Total Occupancy to Site and Site Type cards (plus an updated Adults icon) so capacity limits are obvious at a glance.

5.   Summary block visual refresh (Manager Portal)

Updated background, borders, and supporting text color; cents now render with medium weight for better legibility.

6.   Clearer guest wording for change requests

On the Guest Portal, “Suggest a change” is now “Request a change” across request screens for more intuitive language for guests.

7.   Hide $0 cancellation fee

Invoices, reservation summaries, and details no longer display a cancellation fee when the amount is zero (applies to Manager and Guest Portals, PDFs/CSVs included).
