How to send a stripe link to your customer
The Stripe payment link is meant to make taking payments easier for both you and your customers. Instead of collecting card information over the phone or asking customers to log into a portal, you can simply send a secure payment link directly to their phone. How to Send a Stripe Payment Link From a Reservation
After the Stripe payment link is enabled, you can send it directly from a reservation.
- Open the reservation
- on the bottom, select Payment Options
- Choose the option to send the Stripe payment link
*Please note that the customer must have a phone number entered on their reservation. If there is no phone number on file, the payment link will not generate.*

Once the stripe link is sent a 2:45 timer appears before the link can be resent
This timer helps prevent multiple payment texts from being sent too close together.
What Happens After the Link Is Sent
Once the link is sent:
- The customer receives a text message with the Stripe payment link

- The link opens a secure Stripe checkout page, This will show the reservation number and the amount owed at the top.


Once that is paid, the system will be updated within one minute(s) of processing the payment.
