How to Apply an Inventory Item to a Reservation

You will learn how to apply an inventory item to a reservation that has already been created.


First, locate the reservation and open it. Then select Make Changes, followed by Edit Reservation. This will take you to the next page. Click here to learn how to search for reservations.

On the left-hand side, locate the section labeled Add-ons and click the gray pencil icon next to it. This will open a list of available add-ons that have been created under your Inventory settings.


Find the inventory item you want to include, select it, and then click save to apply it to the reservation.



Once you select Save, you will be returned to the Booking Changes page. From there, you can confirm the add on was applied by comparing both sides of the screen. The left side, labeled Confirmed Booking Details, shows what the reservation looked like before the change was made, while the right side shows the updated reservation details.



Once you select save again, you can scroll down to the Reservation History section. Here, you will be able to see who made changes to the reservation and what updates were made.
