Settings Configuration: Maximum Nights for Booking
This setting controls the maximum number of nights a guest is allowed to book in a single reservation through the guest portal.

Right now, it is turned on and set to 14 nights. This means guests cannot book a stay longer than 14 nights through the guest portal. If a longer stay is selected, no availability will appear.
This setting acts as a limit on how long a reservation can be when booked online.
Why you’d use this:
- Prevent long-term stays from being booked online
- Keep availability open for more guests
- Control extended stays so they have to call or be booked manually instead
If you turn this off, guests can book as many nights as your availability allows with no limit.
This is what the guest will see if they try to book a stay that exceeds the maximum nights allowed.
In this example, the guest selected dates from 04/06/2026 to 04/30/2026, which is longer than the 14-night limit set in the reservation settings. Because of that, the system does not return any available site types and instead shows the message “No site types available.”

This does not necessarily mean the campground is fully booked. It means the selected stay does not meet the booking rules. To move forward, the guest will need to shorten their stay to meet the maximum nights allowed or adjust their dates accordingly.
