How to Block or Blacklist a Customer From Booking a Reservation

A blacklist/block feature would allow campgrounds to restrict specific guests from creating future reservations through the online booking portal based on campground-specific concerns or internal policies.

At this time, our system does not currently have a built-in feature that allows campgrounds to fully block or blacklist a customer from making future reservations online. We understand this is an important feature for many campgrounds and we’re excited to share that this functionality is absolutely planned for the platform and will be added in a future update. Although we do not have an estimated release date at this time, we are continuing to monitor customer feedback and interest in this feature.
