AI Reporting – Occupancy Analytics

AI Reporting helps you better understand how your campground is performing without having to manually build reports or sort through large amounts of data.

Simply ask a question in plain language and AI Reporting will generate the appropriate occupancy report, complete with charts, tables, key metrics, and a written summary of the results.

Whether you're trying to identify your most popular sites, understand occupancy trends, or compare performance between site types, AI Reporting helps you find answers faster.

What Can AI Reporting Help Me Understand?

AI Reporting can help answer questions such as:

• Which sites are being booked the most?
• Which site types have the highest occupancy?
• How many nights were occupied versus blocked?
• What is my average length of stay?
• Which sites generated the most revenue?
• How full was my campground during a specific date range?
• Are weekends booking more consistently than weekdays?

Instead of manually running reports, you can simply ask the question and AI Reporting will generate the appropriate results.

Accessing AI Reporting

1. Navigate to AI Reporting from the Campground Solutions dashboard.
2. Type a question or select one of the suggested prompts.
3. Review the report results.

AI Reporting automatically determines which occupancy report best matches your question.

Available Reports

Occupancy by Site

This report analyzes individual sites across your campground and helps identify which sites are performing best.

You can use this report to:

• Compare occupancy across sites
• Identify underutilized sites
• Review revenue generated by specific sites
• Monitor average length of stay
• Compare weekend versus overall occupancy

The report includes occupancy metrics such as Occupied Nights, Available Nights, Blocked Nights, Occupancy Percentage, Reservations, Revenue, ADR, and RevPAR.

Results are displayed in both chart and table format, making it easy to compare performance across all sites.

Occupancy by Site Type

This report groups results by site type rather than individual sites.

You can use this report to:

• Compare RV sites versus tent sites
• Understand which site types drive the most occupancy
• Review revenue performance by site category
• Identify opportunities for future expansion or pricing adjustments

Like the Occupancy by Site report, this report includes occupancy, reservation, length of stay, revenue, ADR, and RevPAR metrics.

Show Empty Site Types

Use the Show Empty Site Types toggle to control whether site types with no occupancy are included in the chart.

When enabled, all site types are displayed, including those with 0 occupied nights during the selected date range. This can help you identify site types that are not receiving bookings.

When disabled, site types with no occupancy are hidden from the chart, allowing you to focus only on site types that had reservations during the reporting period.

Important: This setting only affects the chart display and does not change any reservation or occupancy data.

Understanding Your Results

Each report includes several tools designed to help you quickly understand campground performance.

Metric Cards

At the top of the report, summary cards provide an overview of key occupancy statistics for the selected date range.

Charts

Bar charts provide a visual comparison of occupancy percentages across sites or site types, making it easy to identify top and bottom performers.

Detailed Tables

Below the chart is a sortable table containing the complete data set used to generate the report. Tables can be exported for additional analysis or record keeping.

AI-Generated Insights

After each report is generated, AI Reporting provides a written summary highlighting trends, strong performers, lower-performing areas, and other notable patterns found in your data.

For example, AI Reporting may identify site types with consistently high occupancy or point out sites that are significantly under performing compared to the rest of the campground.

Conversation History

Your reporting session remains available throughout your conversation, allowing you to ask follow-up questions and build on previous results without starting over.

Important Notes

• All results are based on the selected date range.
• If no date range is selected, AI Reporting defaults to the current month.
• Reports can be exported after they are generated.
• AI Reporting currently supports Occupancy by Site and Occupancy by Site Type reports.

Not Available at Launch
