Customize Booking Confirmation Emails
The Custom Confirmation Email Message feature allows you to include a personalized message in your guests' booking confirmation and upcoming stay reminder emails. This gives you an easy way to communicate important campground information before your guests arrive, helping them prepare for their stay while reducing common questions and phone calls to your office.
Whether you need to share gate codes, campground policies, seasonal reminders, or check-in instructions, your custom message is automatically included in each reservation confirmation and reminder email.

Enable a Custom Confirmation Email Message
- From the left navigation menu, select Notifications.
- Scroll to the Custom Confirmation Email Message section.
- Enable Include a custom message in booking confirmation emails.
- Enter the message you would like your guests to receive.
- Click Save.

What Can I Include?
Your message can contain any information guests should know before arriving, including:
- Gate or restroom access codes
- Fire ordinances or burn bans
- Quiet hours
- Pet policies
- Parking instructions
- Check-in or check-out procedures
- Wi-Fi information
- Local campground reminders
- Any other important arrival information
Note: Your custom message can contain up to 2,000 characters.
Example Custom Confirmation Message:
Welcome to Happy Trails Campground!
We're excited to host you. Before you arrive, please review the information below:
- Gate Code: 1234
- Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Campfires: Campfires are permitted only in designated fire rings unless a burn ban is in effect.
- Pets: Pets are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times.
- Check-In: Check-in begins at 2:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after office hours, please contact us in advance.
We look forward to welcoming you and hope you have a wonderful stay!
Guest Experience
After a reservation is booked, your custom message is automatically included in the guest's:
- Booking confirmation email
- Upcoming stay reminder email
Guests will see your message in a dedicated Important Information from Your Campground section within the email.
