Platform 2.0 - Unblock a Site
Blocked sites are used to keep a site from being booked by guests or in the manager portal during a specific time frame. You may need to remove a previously blocked site.
For Platform 2.0 v1 to unblock a site, you will need to have the Owner or Manager role with permission to view and edit Campground Settings.
There are two paths to remove a blocked site:
- From the Dashboard
- From within the Site in settings
- Unblock Site from the Dashboard
The blocked sites are shown on the dashboard in dark grey.
Click into it to see the detail and reason for the block. Here you have the "Unblock Now" option:
Clicking Unblock Now brings up the Sites detail view. Scroll down to the "Site Blockings" section and find the site block you want to remove. Once you find it, click "Unblock" to remove it and open the site for that time period.
A pop-up will ask if you are sure you want to unblock it. Click, "Yes, unblock" button:
The platform will message that the site is unblocked when it finished removing the blocked period:
You can click back on the Dashboard or scroll back up and click the "x" to close the Site detail view.
Unblock Site from within the Site
In left menu, click on "Campground Settings" and then "Site Types & Sites":
Select "All Sites" to view the list of sites:
Click into the Site you want to remove the block from and scroll down to the "Site Blockings" section. Find the site block you want to remove. Once you find it, click "Unblock" to remove it and open the site for that time period.
You do not need to click the "Save Changes" button for the Site Block to be removed.
