Guest Notification - How not to update guests on changes being made
You can turn off certain email notifications to your guests if you don't want them being notified.
Making changes to a reservation and don't want your guest to be notified?
You can remove the check mark next to "Send email notification to guest" before you save the changes. This will ensure that your guest is not notified of the changes that you made to the reservation.
Once the "Send email notification to guest" option is showing as not selected, no email will be sent when you click "Save changes."

Cancelling a reservation and don't want your guest to be notified?
You can remove the check mark next to "Send email notification to guest" before you cancel the reservation. This will ensure that your guest is not notified of the cancellation.
Once the "Send email notification to guest" option is showing as not selected, no email will be sent when you click "Cancel Reservation."

Creating a reservation and do not want an initial confirmation email sent?
Confirmation emails are sent automatically to guests when their reservation is created. To avoid this, you can create a reservation without adding an email address. Once the reservation is created, you can go back in to add the email address.
