Can I undo a cancel fee?

No, unfortunately at this time we cannot remove a cancel fee once it is applied. Adding a cancellation fee doesn’t automatically charge the guest, but the fee will still appear on the invoice. If it was added by mistake, please leave it as is and add a quick note to the reservation explaining the error.
