Release 2025.9.18.1 - September 18, 2025

This release adds a new feature, improves existing options, and fixes some bugs.

🚀 New Features & Enhancements

1.    Total Occupancy on Site Types

• We've added a Total Occupancy setting on Site Types. Now you can set a top limit for the number of guests at a site. This release will default this new setting to the maximum limit for adults + children. Click here to read an article about setting the Total Occupancy. Please reach out to us to help get this set to the correct total occupancy.

2.    Add-ons Search in Manager portal

• We've added the option to search your Add-ons when creating or editing a reservation in the manager portal. You may filter add-on inventory items by inventory name or category name.

3.    Improvements

• Added the City, State/Province and Zip/Postal Code to invoices for those created after this release.
• Balance by Date download report now has the Type column.
• Manager Portal has clearer information on the sign in screen.
• Continued performance optimizations.

🐞 Bug Fixes

• Fixed issue when tax exempting a draft reservation.
• Fixed issue when cancelling an Order that has been tax-exempted.
• Fixed report pagination issue when changing dates.
