How to Edit Guest Information on Reservation
You can edit a customer's information from the reservation itself.
First you will want to find and access the customer's reservation. To learn how to find a customer's reservation, please click here.
Once you have opened the reservation, scroll down until you see the Guest Information section of the reservation. Select the pencil icon. A side panel will open up allowing you to edit the name, phone number, and email on this reservation.

Note: Changes made to the Guest Information section on individual reservations will only apply to the specific reservation where the changes were made. These changes do not change the information listed on the customer's account. You can make more thorough, permanent changes to customer information from the Customers tab.
