Platform 2.0 - Check In Report

The Check-In Report helps you manage who’s arriving today or any given day you pull. It shows what sites guests are assigned to, and whether they still owe a balance. It’s your go-to tool for organizing arrivals and making sure the front desk is ready.

🔍 How to View the Check-In Report

  • Go to Reports from the left-hand menu.
  • On the Reports landing page, click the Check-In box.

  • When the detailed Check In Report opens, it uses the Date Range filter from Reports. Once in the detailed report, you may change the date range to select a single day or wider window.

🧾 What You’ll See

Each reservation listed in the report includes:

  • Check-In expected: Shows the Check in date set on the reservation and if it has been checked in
  • Res. ID: Reservation ID set for the reservation. This is clickable and opens the reservation in another tab.
  • Guest information, including name, party size (adults and children), contact information and RV info if has one on the reservation. Hover over the icons to see or copy information.
  • Site assignment
  • Reservation total and how much has been paid
  • Any remaining balance

💡 If a reservation has a balance due, it will show clearly in the final column—so you can handle payment at check-in.
