Platform 2.0 - Check Out Report

The Check-Out Report tracks who’s scheduled to leave, including their payment status. It helps you make sure guests have paid in full and assists with end-of-stay tasks like issuing receipts or collecting balances.

🔍 How to View the Check-Out Report

  • Go to Reports from the left-hand menu.
  • On the Reports landing page, click the Check-Out box.

  • When the detailed Check Out Report opens, it uses the Date Range filter from Reports. Once in the detailed report, you may change the date range to select a single day or wider window.

🧾 What You’ll See

Each reservation listed in the report includes:

  • Check-Out expected: Shows the Check Out date set on the reservation and if it has been checked out
  • Res. ID: Reservation ID set for the reservation. This is clickable and opens the reservation in another tab.
  • Guest information, including name, party size (adults and children), contact information and RV info if has one on the reservation. Hover over the icons to see or copy information.
  • Site assignment
  • Reservation total and how much has been paid
  • Any remaining balance

💡 If a reservation has a balance due, it will show clearly in the final column—so you can handle payment at check-out.

📥 Exporting the Report

Click the Export button to download a CSV file of the current report. The export includes all information detailed on the screen.

You may open the CSV file in your preferred spreadsheet application such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Apple Numbers.

File naming convention:

The file will always start with "report_check-out_from" with the date range pulled and the date and time the report was pulled.

For example:

report_check-out_from_2025-06-15_to_2025-06-15_at_20250617T095652-04_00.csv

⚠️ When opening exported file, it is best not to Convert any fields if prompted.

💡 Use the export for reconciling end-of-day departures or providing paper copies to staff.
