How to Create a Long Term Stay Reservation
You can create a reservation for long-term stays by booking it manually on behalf of the customer. Manual reservations allow you to override certain booking restrictions, while guests using the guest portal do not have the ability to bypass those settings.
To book a long-term reservation, you’ll want to create the reservation as you normally would. If you don’t want to charge the full price, you can first create an inventory item labeled “long term stay” with the amount you’d like to charge. From there, create the reservation and select Continue Without Payment, then go edit the reservation. Apply the “long term stay” inventory item and add a 100% discount.

Once that’s done, you can proceed with charging the customer the correct amount.
