Platform 2.0 - Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is your go-to view for managing reservations and site availability in real time. It offers a visual timeline of current bookings, site statuses, and quick access to guest details. This article walks you through what you can see and do from the Dashboard.

🛠️ How to Use the Dashboard
Top Dashboard Options Available:
- To adjust the date range you are viewing, use the date picker at the top to select how far out you want to view (e.g., 2 months).
- Click "Apply" to update your view.
- Use the "Today" button to jump back to the current date.
- Gear Icon: Change view of Site Types, Sites or Sites.
- Refresh button: Click the refresh button to force a manual update of Dashboard.
- Make Reservation button: Click to create a new reservation.
Understanding the Colors
- Light green = current day
- Light gray = weekends
- Different colors represent different reservation statuses. For details please read this article about dashboard reservation bar colors.
View by Sites or Grouped by Site Types and Sites
There are two views for the Sites along the left of the Dashboard. You can view all Sites down the left or select the Site Types, Sites and have the Site Types with their Sites grouped.
- Use the gear icon to switch between the views:
- Sites View (default)
- Site Types and Sites View
- When you are in the Site Types, Sites view, you are able to hide the Sites under a Site Type from the view. The Site Type will always remain.
- To do that, simply click the +/- next to the Site Type to expand or hide the Sites.

Search Site Types Sites
You are able to narrow down the Site Types or Sites on the Dashboard by searching. In the Search box on the left above the Site Types, Sites, just enter what you want to see and the view will change to only those Site Types, Sites that match your search based on the view you have set.

Reservation Details Available to View on Dashboard
You can get a lot of information about a reservation on the dashboard from the color and information on the bar. Again for more information on what the colors mean, refer to the dashboard colors article.
Other information available at a quick glance is:
- Guest name
- Whether or not a reservation is paid in full. If not, the amount due.
- Blocked Sites
You can see more information about the reservations on the dashboard by clicking on the bar to pull up the reservation card. When you click to view the card, you will see the following:
- Guest name and contact info (with copy options)
- Site and stay dates
- Payment status
To make changes or take a payment you will need to click the "Reservation Details" button.
View Blocked Sites
You are able to see more details on a blocked site by clicking on the Blocked bar:
- How many nights blocked.
- Site and the date range set.
- The note of why the block is set.
- Option for Manager and Owner role to remove the block.
