How Do I Change Sites from the Dashboard?

We don’t currently have the “drag and drop” feature available from the dashboard, but that is in development. In the meantime, you can update sites directly within the reservation.

To do this, Click on the reservation on your dashboard, it will open a snapshot of the reservation. From here, select the green button 'reservation details'.

Once you enter the reservation, you may select the "make changes" drop down menu. From there, click 'Edit Reservation'

You will be taken to a new page, select the pencil icon next to the Sites section.

At the bottom right, choose the green 'Search Sites' button. In this page you can also change the date, the guests and type of campsite.

From here you can locate and select the new site you want to assign. Once you’ve made your selection, be sure to click Save to confirm the changes.

Select the green 'select site' button and it will bring you back to the original booking changes page. Press save and you are all set.
